This was certainly the case when we recently rebranded Trinity Wealth Management, a St Albans based Wealth Management company. As part of the rebranding process, they wanted to celebrate how far the business had come with their clients and associates. A single invite and personal follow-up saw over 100 attend the launch event from their close business network. It’s proof that whatever the size of your business, get your brand proposition right and you will create loyal and long-standing clients.

On the night the feedback was extremely positive and the attendees already brand advocates. But how do you really know what your clients think? Asking clients for their opinion or see if they pass those branded gifts you gave them are two options. One other answer came last week. A call from my mum visiting a friend, who is a client of Trinity. How did she know? From the Trinity coasters proudly adorning her friends living room, four months after the event. This is not the usual information we’re privy to, but a great testament non the less how much love Trinity clients have for them.
